Who is behind KM Virtual Office? That would be me...After spending over 10 years within the finance, HR & administration sectors, supporting businesses to achieve their goals by implementing systems, processes and procedures to make them more effective. I realised, this is what I LOVE.
I love to organise, to problem solve and to make everyone’s life a little easier. By changing the way we work or think about tasks we can become more productive and achieve the end goal quicker.
I wanted the business to really be about our clients, to understand how they work, what they do and don’t like and to make their lives easier by completing all the little things that hold them back from getting on with what they really want to do.I am really fortunate to be working in a position that I LOVE and get huge satisfaction out of, every single day!
Virtual Assistant (Social Media Queen)
Holly joins the team with over five years' experience in communications, PR and marketing. She has developed strong administration and people skills along the way and has a keen eye for detail! She is organised, creative, friendly and loves a challenge.
Holly is our Social Media Queen, researching, creating, scheduling and analysing. She is also a superstar PA, with excellent organisational, diary and document management.
In her spare time she enjoys reading and normally has several books on the go at once! As a fashion lover, you can often find her updating her personal style blog or adding to her collection of coffee cups (she has a bit of an obsession!).
Katie & Holly are the Senior VA's, but we have a whole team of Virtual Assistants that work for us.
